There are three ways to track targets and ACTUAL productivity and value metric performance data for healthcare professionals on Health-Contract.com:

1. Manually enter targets and actual performance metrics one period at a time on the Production and Value page;
2. Upload to the Support Bulk Upload Queue for hundreds or thousands of professionals at once; OR
3. Dedicated and Custom  Plan subscribers can upload their data themselves using their Bulk Upload (Self Service) tools.
