Create Contract Demo

Logged in users with proper permissions can setup new contract records from the Create Contract page listed in the Members menu.

This demonstration illustrates how to log multiple contracts related to a physician practice acquisition, including:

  • Asset Transfer – Business Assets: A physician practice’s assets are purchased in an asset deal.
  • Employment – Physician: The physician will enter into a two-year employment agreement.
  • Facility Lease: The physician practice office space will be leased from the physician.
  • Stock Transfer: The physician’s majority ownership interest in an ambulatory surgery center is purchased.
