Community and Dedicated Plan subscribers may assign each of their users to one of 11 standard user roles. Each user can only be assigned to one role at a time. The 11 standard roles and their respective capabilities are summarized in the table at the bottom of this page
Generally speaking, the three types of users with the most capabilities are Account Managers, Contract Managers, and Attorneys.
- Account Managers have ALL available capabilities.
- Contract Managers have all capabilities EXCEPT managing system users.
- Attorneys have all capabilities EXCEPT (i) managing users, (ii) physician apps, and (iii) bulk uploads (available on Dedicated & Custom plans only). Attorneys can access physician app data, just not the apps themselves.
Only Custom Plan subscribers may request customizations to standard role capabilities or creation of new custom roles.
